All day I haven't been able to open your priority app, with the same error I've seen other people report.

What's the web URL please ?

So trying to use the Priority app this morning for Peter Kay tickets, I could see the countdown of when tickets would be available from 10am. However, when trying to select the Utilita centre in Birmingham, I was getting an error message of "Priority content is not available", or words to that affect.

The Web version was also crashing, and when trying use the Priority app again, I was then taken to a screen of Peter Kay's tour page, but again seeing the same error message

“We’ve seen unprecedented levels of visitors to our Priority platform for Peter Kay tickets. As a result, some customers are experiencing difficulties trying to use the app and website despite us putting additional resource in place to help cope with such demand. We apologise and we’re doing everything we can to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks
