Have been advised to put this out there by VM on Twitter. I am attempting to use O2 priority app by signing in with VM email and password., however once I enter email and password it takes me to the app but the immediately kicks me out of app

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with signing in to the O2 Priority App.
When loading the app, you are given the option to log in with O2 or VM. I just want to make sure you are selecting the correct option.
If so, when logging in to My VM - do you have the same issue?
Can you also try deleting the priority app and then redownloading it to see if this helps?

Thank you and to clarify, I log on using my VM details and password and the 02 app advises me to log out of VM. I follow these instructions, log in with my email address and PW the app then just kicks me out, I have tried uninstalling the priority app and reinstalling and the same thing happens. This is so frustrating as when I first downloaded the app all went well but now I cannot have the app open

To add to this if I may, VM on Twitter said I had to go direct to O2 but not having an account with them this is not possible hence my reach out to you for help

That is exactly the same and all I get from VM is delete and reinstall app, I have done this several times and for VM to tell me to contact O2 direct is ridiculous as I am not registered with them as I do not have O2

Hi,
I am getting the same issues as other people when I try to log into Priority App using my Virgin media account. I have deleted App and re-installed several times and it just keeps kicking me off. It’s the same whichever device I use, android and IOS. On my iPhone it says ‘we’re having problems logging you on, try again or sign out of Virgin media but nothing works.

Have you tried to sign through the O2 Priority website? Please give this a try and let us know how you get on and if you're able to sign in.

Hi there and as myself and others have explained if we try just to sign in via O2 app it does not recognise our log in details and we then revert back as advised to do so to the VM log in and that also fails, surely VM need to contact O2

Have downloaded the O2 Priority app but cannot log in. I get past the Virgin Media log in but then it asks for my phone number. I put this in (not virgin media or O2) and press send code. It comes up with the message “invalid auth token” just below the phone number box.
this is my usual Mobile not linked to any virgin Media account (I only have my home phone linked to Virgin media)
