Parked order

Hi I placed my order on Tuesday and it’s saying parked order can you look into why it’s saying parked order and it’s supposed to get delivered today between 7am-9pm.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

Apologies to see that your order has been parked. Usually this means we need to double check a few things with you before we can accept the order. It could just be as simple as confirming payment details so try not to worry. It doesn't mean that the order hasn't been accepted. 

The team will be in contact with you however if you need to speak to someone asap then give them a call on 0345 600 078 for them to check things for you.
