My last bill said that I had sent a picture message. I did not. But have been charged extra. Try to contact Virgin but the website logs you out and tells you to log in to send message. So log back in and the same thing, it logs you out. So go round in never ending circles. Am furious about this charge and want a refund on my bill.
It could be faulty billing, but be aware that picture messages are in fact sent as "MMS" format, but so are long text messages, or those including "emojis". In which case it is merely a poorly described billing item.
