Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this is not possible to change on the account.
As mentioned, your contact and personal details are amendable but in terms of devices / packages, this would automatically be updated if they were purchased through us.
Therefore you would be able to access the details on the SIM you have with us, but not the phone bought elsewhere.

I have had several replies but nobody has told me how I can change the information myself.
@NessieNel Very simple answer - you cannot input the phone details yourself.
My own Virgin Mobile account still shows a phone I haven't used for over five years. It doesn't impact on the workings of either the account or my current phone.
