Ordered new phone

Hi, recently i ordered for a new contact for a phone and was told i'd receive word in the next couple days but it has been around 10 days now without any further contact.

what should i do in this situation? i'd like to know if it didn't work etc

I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble with a recent order. Did you complete this order online or over the phone? Have you also checked your spam/junk email folder to ensure nothing has gone there by mistake?

Hi, i completed it online, and nothing is in my email regarding the order except the confirmation email.
