Trying to register for O2 priority using the O2 priority app and the virgin media log in details and keep getting the below error:
"Oops, something went wrong"
I have contacted O2 who say I need to contact Virgin, however, its easier to find unicorn poo than contact virgin media.
Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Android. I am able to login to MyVM fine both on the app and website. The credentials for Virgin Media are OK, its just when I get to O2 priority it says theres been a problem and we've been notified.
Thanks for the information here. As this is an app created by O2 Developers, we are limited with the support we can offer at present.
Our teams are currently aware of this issue and are currently working as quickly as possible to resolve this. At present, there is no estimated date/time for when this will be resolved.
In the meantime, if you have an O2 SIM as part of your package, or in general, you can still access the app this way.
