I placed an order for an additional Sim through webchat. The person I was communicating with stated that the additional Sim would be eligible for the £2 Family Plan discount which sounded good to me. I ordered the Sim on the 5th July and received it on the 9th July.
The first bill has come out with no mention of the Family Plan discount and I have been charged from the 5th July until the 9th July when I hadn't received the Sim. I do have a screen print available of the webchat conversation where the contact says the Sim is available for the Family Plan discount.
Can someone please look into this for me as the call centres are still shut?
