Mobile phone order

Hey, I recently ordered a new phone and sim and I got an email saying

"There's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us."

I haven't received any emails yet or call, how long does it normally take to receive a response saying my order is confirmed?

Can I ask, have you contacted our Mobile team since ordering via 0345 600 0789/789 if calling from a VM mobile to chase this up?

Also are you an existing customer?

Im a new customer so i dont have Virgin mobile sim yet.
