Already have a virgin mobile account and ordered an additional phone and number on it. Order all complete and everything signed and confirmation of delivery. Then when tracking item on day of delivery it said item returned to sender, contacted courier who said sender had requested item be sent back to them. Contacted virgin mobile and spoke to customer services, didn’t really get much information out of them just a lot of holding and waiting on phone before was told it would be investigated and I would be contacted within 5 days. Can’t even log onto my account either. I’ve already been emailed a bill for the device.
Still no response from virgin. Can’t log into mobile account online still, direct debit for order due on Monday and still showing as active to be taken, keep getting emails about new phone insurance etc and don’t even have it. What is going on!!!
