Leaving Virgin Mobile, but Cannot Get In Touch with Customer Services due to COVID
I am wanting to leave Virgin Media - Mobile. But Cannot get in touch with customer service on the phone as 'due to COVID offices are closed' then just ends the call.
Please can someone from Virgin contact me to cancel my account on 6th August 2020, as I do not want to roll into another month.
I have requested my PAC Code from Virgin and recieved however if I just give this my new mobile provider will I get my number over and my Virgin mbile plan will be cancelled and account? As I will not be paying for another month as I do not want.
Virgin please can you get back to me how I can contact you so I can discuss closure of my account and plan. £9.28 a month. Mr. William Jones
