Ever since I switched on the 14 November I keep getting blocked unless I make a payment, wait 24 hours to be unblocked . I do this, only to be informed that I am blocked until I make a payment. This has happened twice,I am reluctant to keep repeating a solution that fails each time. I am close to closing my account as 789 repeats the same advice which doesn't work.
