Ever since I switched on the 14 November I keep getting blocked unless I make a payment, wait 24 hours to be unblocked . I do this, only to be informed that I am blocked until I make a payment. This has happened twice,I am reluctant to keep repeating a solution that fails each time. I am close to closing my account as 789 repeats the same advice which doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for those details.
I can see the issue was caused by a new card being used.
This will stop the barring happening now.
If it does happen again, please let me know.

Gareth you are almost right, I can now make local calls, but my service is still suspended until I make a call to 789, which I will do quite soon.
