I'm on a monthly contract and was supposed to get a replacement 5G SIM but it never turned up and now my old SIM has stopped working. Can another one be posted to me?

I've damaged my phone and sim through an unexpected fall into water.

I can't currently make phone calls as my mobile was my only phone in the house.

How do I go about ordering a replacement SIM card?
