I no longer have a Virgin mobile number (I've transferred it away to EE), my account credit has been refunded, and the latest 'bill' I have received is zero.
I would now like to close the online account, as I have nothing left to manage.
Please - who do I contact to arrange this? There doesn't seem to be any email I can contact.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.
If the number has been transferred then the account should be cancelled.
However to investigate this further I've dropped you a PM.
The message will appear within the purple envelope icon.
