Have I been accepted or not? (Parked order)

Hello.

I applied for a contract yesterday and my order has been parked which I've heard is a fairly common occurrence.

I have however been sent a link to the ebill2.virginmedia website and signed the contractual documents. But despite this my order is still saying parked.
