I signed up on a freestyle contract on 11th November, since then I’ve struggled to sign into my new account, my handset & switch isn’t being delivered until 30th November - is that the reason I’m struggling to reset my password? I have the mobile number and credit agreement number & order no.
can anyone help? I’ve tried ringing the general number and after 1 telephone and then transferred to 2 different departments no one could help me. They could find my details but that’s it. Advised me to speak to customer service who said they couldn’t help and put me through to sales! Not the best experience so far! 😓🤔🤔
