Hi. I am trying to access my Virgin Mobile Account that i have not used in a while. I have a contract phone and sim with Virgin. My old email address is different to my recent one as I had to change for security reasons and now cannot access my account. Can any one help please? I have tried to reset but emails I assume are going to my old email account that does not exist anymore.
