Hi guys,
I was hoping I wouldn't need to post again after having an issue in which I received an email stating my package was being downgraded from the ultimate Oomph bundle I was on to the m350 and maxit TV, this was because my SIM was never sent out due to an error.
Since then, now on three separate occasions I've had emails saying my SIM is going to be cut off because I'm not on the Ultimate Oomph bundle, which I am still paying for.
It definitely looks like there's a whole lot of confusion with my account that no one seems to have been able to fix. Help!
