Hi guys,
I was hoping I wouldn't need to post again after having an issue in which I received an email stating my package was being downgraded from the ultimate Oomph bundle I was on to the m350 and maxit TV, this was because my SIM was never sent out due to an error.
Since then, now on three separate occasions I've had emails saying my SIM is going to be cut off because I'm not on the Ultimate Oomph bundle, which I am still paying for.
It definitely looks like there's a whole lot of confusion with my account that no one seems to have been able to fix. Help!

Were you on the Oomph and downgraded or was the email an error?
Did you ever receive the sim?

Yes, I was on the ultimate Oomph bundle which was downgraded, I spoke to someone on here and they were brilliant and got my sim sent out, but the downgraded package still shows on my account, which I'm guessing is why the system is deactivating the SIM
