Please can you expand on what has happened, have you seen a bigger payment go through?

Have you checked your online account to see if your discounts have expired? Thanks

So, i decided to pay my bill a bit earlier instead of the direct debit and even though I’ve paid in full yesterday it still took it today, I have both email confirmation for proof

Okay is this is the case a credit will be applied on the account which will be used for next months payment. 

If you don't want this you can look at calming a refund back through the bank. Thanks

If you are looking to keep the second payment on your account and then yes it would just come off next months bill.

You would just be in credit in theory but you would need to contact the bank if you did want a refund. Thanks

No that’s fine I don’t want a refund I will leave it as it is in that case and use it for next month thank you for your help
