Hello,
I signed up for a Fibre Broadband + Home Phone Oomph bundle that included a free 5gb Virgin Media SIM (I have never used it).
My minimum contract has expired and I have given a 30 day notice for it to end. I asked if my Oomph SIM would end on the same day.
Me "As I was sold this contract as an "Oomph" package including a 5gb SIM this will also end on this date? As I would also like this terminated"
Jayson (Virgin Media Assistant) "With regards on the Oomph you can contact MOBILE: 0345 600 0789 for them to assist you with ending that"
I have tried logging into my online Virgin Media account but it doesn't recognised the SIM number I was provided (maybe because it was never activated in 20 months?).
What happens to this SIM part of the contract as I don't want it to start billing me for a free SIM I never used.
