Q. On my bank statement there is three payments. Two are labelled Virgin Mobile, and one is labelled Virgin Media. I have cancelled my Virgin broadband & TV package back in August. I need to understand exactly what those three payments are, because trying to find anything on your website sucks !!!!

Me again, when I cancelled broadband and TV my final payment was 16.29, and I paid that, and I have a Payment Received e-mail from Virgin Media. My account on your website indicates I haven't paid that 16.29, and your going to charge me again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the confusion. Sounds either like one is the final payment for the media side and also the other two are mobile or mobile + insurance payments?

What are these charges for ? I need to understand exactly what I'm paying for ... Is that too much to ask ????
