I would like to change the date of the pick up of devices that I no longer need due to ending my contract.
How do I do this there's no option?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
To clarify, have you been given a set date for the equipment to be collected?
If so our team will be in contact where you should be able to reschedule from there. Alternatively you can return the equipment if it's easier if you have a returns pack.

No I haven't been given a package to return the devices. I do have a date but would like to change it..
