I had contract with virgin/02 on Xmas day but decided to cancel the next day (cooling off period) had conversation with02 on Boxing Day they said they would cancel it within 14 days I photoed conversation just in case 16 days later 02 take £ 25 from my account after I told them to cancel trying to get virgin to cancel so I can go back to my original package my bill is still linked to package what can I do to get this sorted

Sorry to hear this has happened
We are now one company but our billing and account systems are still separate
The £25 that O2 took, you would need to contact O2 directly to get this refunded
Also as we are a Forums Team, sadly we are not able to assist with package changed on here

I have contacted 02 no surprise haven’t had a response about the 25 they have took I’ve cancelled the direct debit so they won’t be taking anymore of my money

I am disgusted that you are given a cooling off period and they chose to ignore it and I see I’m not the only one
