I moved abroad and have been trying to cancel my account, however when dialing in the number you are giving for this (789) the call gets disconnected. I have been trying to request the cancellation via chat but I cannot get connected to an agent.

I also sent a text to 07533 051809 but I got diverted to whatsapp and I ended up with the same issue I faced with the browser chat, after a long wait the chatbot asked the following question and didn't process my reply properly, the only reply it could understand is "No" which ended the chat.
Would it be possible that an agent call me back?
