Can no longer access mobile account. Receive bills by e mail but when I log onto virgin I can only progress so far and get message that e mail and mob number are not recognised and I am unable to register.
any help would be appreciated

Do you have an active SIM card on the account in question?
Does it allow you to log in? If not does it show any error messages?
