I opened an account in 2015 and then when the contract came to an end I rang to cancel the contract. After being told the contract was cancelled I was still getting billed and had letters coming through the door.
I then paid the bill but I still have £50 in arrears on my credit report. I can no longer log into my virgin account to settle this. I have moved house numerous times so haven't got an old bill to hand and I cant get in touch with BPO collections as I haven't got a reference to settle the account.
Can anyone help please? I really want/need to settle this, Its been going on for years now.
