Account App Verification Error when not on wifi

when trying to check my Data usages while away from home and not able to connect to any Wi-fi I always now see Authentication Error and cannot see any of the allowance usage.

As you can imagine when not being able to connect to a wi-fi and having to keep check of how much data used and left, this is very agitating.

Is there a way to get the My Account App to work without wifi?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Connect App. Can you confirm if you are using a Virgin mobile SIM.? The Connect app should automatically authenticate from the SIM. 

Once connected in the Mobile tab, you can see details of your minutes, text and data allowance information, how much of your allowances they have left, and when your allowances will refresh. You will also be able to keep an eye on your WiFi usage and see recent usage broken down into WiFi data and mobile data.
