why does virgin media not respond to telephone, email, online contact.
you are overcharging me the last 3 months after i accepted contract agreed on telephone call and confirmed by sms.
why now do you not respond, is it because you know you are ripping me off.
any more of this delaying tactics and i will refer straight to trading standards.

Tell them what is happening and your account number. Once things settle down, they should contact you and help if they can.
