need to cancel due to moving but no phone support

Hi, not sure if a forum admin can help but I need to cancel as moving in 6 weeks and virgin isn't available where I am moving to. When I try 150 I just get an engaged tone. Online chat doesn't seem to have any response either.

Thanks for using the forums to reach out for help, I am sorry for the trouble when trying to get in touch with us, we have been really busy as of late and an influx of customers has made our wait times longer. 

I have checked your services and can see you did manage to speak to someone recently, were you able to get the disconnection booked?
