Forgot security question so tried to reset by using account code,area code,date of last bill and amount. Keeps coming up as enter correct details.
This is second time this has happened. Now looking at leaving Virgin after 20 years.

Does it outline which information exactly you have got wrong there, or does it outline all of it?

I see, can you try and delete the cookies etc and also try an different browser for me, just to rule that out too.
Have done that and still no joy on both IPad and laptop
