Can't login to account, can't reset password - after receiving the email I try to create a new password, but the website doesn't let me. Just says requirements not me whatever you put in despite that the requirements are met. "Not contain your username" failing? This is clearly just crap coding from your rubbish website.

Can't get support on your website, there's no support email and can't even make a complaint. Can only talk to a crap bot.
Can some actual human from virgin reach out to resolve this please. Not impressed with customer service

I never received the password reset email but the secondary email account user did. He now has the same issue. Tried resetting password and is now locked out of his email account and unable to update password.

I also have same problem. I have been trying to unblock my email for 1.5 days now. I have changed email for log in once, and password twice, but can't get into email, nor generate app password. Says can't verify identity, although obviously I have signed in, and have had emails accepting my password changes.
