I recently signed up for Virgin broadband. I received an email with an account number and area code asking me to register an account. Whenever I attempt to register one of two things happen, either the registration page simply refreshes, so I click reCaptcha again and resubmit, and the page refreshes, so I click reCaptcha and again submit etc. ad infinitum... or I get a message, "Oops, something is broken." I have attempted to raise a support ticket, *-all happens and I've emailed the account manager at Virgin who is now ignoring my emails (he has his sale, so I guess his commission is made).
I've no idea if my Virgin order is in progress, or if it's being held up for some reason. Please reply, or I'll be forced to cancel.
