hello i had a apptiment to fix my broadband connection issue but it been canceled for no reseon can i ask to it be rebook or not
Have you checked your service status (link top RHS of the forum page)?
VM technician visits are often cancelled if a wider fault is discovered. They usually won't be re-booked until the wider fault is cleared.

I am sorry to hear your appointment has been cancelled.
@goslow is correct. If we identify an area outage any open fault visits would be cancelled and can only be re-booked until the issue is resolved.
Have you managed to have a look at our Service Status Checker for any known faults that could explain this?
