Hi, so trying to login to my virginmedia and also my virgin email. It says my username or password is incorrect. for both email and my virgin. If i try to do a reset and enter my usermname/email it says "Unable to find your username" to double check i used my email address and password in Outlook, and suprise suprise. i can read and send emails.
I have also noticed a previous accounts email has stopped logging in also but thats for another day.
i like to keep in advance with my virgin bill but now im going to fall behind.
suprise suprise I am also having exactly the same problem. Hopefully a staff member from the VM team will respond to us soon. I have even rang the helpline about this and basically got told to "try again in the next few days". yet nothing has changed with my login details and im still being billed and using my services etc.
