Hi,

I am trying to cancel my tv as I feel that for what I use it is not cost effective (To much ).

I logged on the chat 10:24 on the 16 of September it is now 13:45 and I am still waiting, this was the reply, We're sorry you're still waiting to be connected to one of the team. Our wait times are very high at the moment we'll be with you ASAP.

No wonder people are fed up with VM
