cancel my package

My contract ends 3 june, ive been calling ,email and webchat  to cancel CONTRACT, left waiting for over an hour for 3 days  then told there were technical difficulties?Othen told not to phone unless its an EMERGENCY ,if  i toldthem i want to end my contract through webchat so theres proof can my notice start from that date,because dont know what else to  do, to get to actually speak to a person
