I am sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with this. If it is the box on the wall of your house where the cables feed into your property this is the omni-box and we or any of our customer service agents can request to have someone come out and fix that for you. If it is a street cabinet I can request additional details to report the broken cabinet to the relevant team.
