I have 2 family mobile numbers that I pay for and I want to add one to my existing virgin media account so we can both view MB usage etc. The app is asking for a ebilling pin I do not have and it has reset after 3 failed attempts to a very old blueyonder email address I no longer have access to.
Can anyone help?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your mobile accounts.
Are you able to let me know are both the account in the same name?
