Wrong plan

I recently signed up to the Ultimate Oomph bundle and have received a copy of the contract via email.

However, on my account page it doesn’t’ come up on the My Plan page.

Thank you for coming back to me, 

 

the sim wouldn't show up there automatically, you would need to add it, If you click the mobile tab, you can add it there, have you received the sim as of yet?

When I click the mobile tab it brings up a message saying I don’t have the Oomph bundle.

 

Have received the SIM and signed onto the mobile site.

Shows Maxit Tv, M500 fibre broadband & talk more anytime.

no reference to ultimate Oomph.
