Wrong contract

has anybody tried contacting VM recently i understand they have changed the way there working etc, but i simply cannot get through on the phone after trying to make numerous calls it just keeps cutting me off, the issue is i was discussing a new contract with a sales agent when the chat disconnected , i was sent a  text to confirm the changes which i accepted however the new contract has come through and its complete the wrong price 😞 any help with this matter would be appreciated thank you all
