After a lengthy phone call this morning to make changes to my Virgin Media contract I have still not received any email notice confirming these changes? I have received emails advising me about Netflix and transferring my existing account across to VM and an email about referring friends but nothing re the new contract. The new contract which starts at the end of April is also not yet showing on my account. Can anyone advise me how long it will/should take to get any email confirmation sent to me and when my online account will be updated?
