I've tried this on my work desktop PC, my home laptop and my iPhone - multiple browsers on each but to no avail, whenever signing in at the top I'm immediately signed out upon clicking on any other of the Help links.
I have been experiencing the same problems as Bixer. I can log in to Virgin Media, but every time I move to the help section, I am automatically signed out. If I then sign in again, I am redirected to My Account. There is consequently no way of accessing the help pages whilst signed in, which prevents me from using services such as the online chat. I have tried this on three browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) on a Windows 10 PC, and had the same issue on each occasion. Please can you also assign a ticket to my account?
I am experiencing this exact issue tonight and it is bloody infuriating. I have been using this website for ages with no issues, but tonight I am trying to sort out an issue with my phone bill I am constantly being signed out when I try and use the Contact Us screen, therefore I cannot contact anyone!!!!!
Someone please sort this out before I lose my rag.
I know that the last message was adressed to JR0011, but I'd like to reaffirm that I'm still having the same problems as in my earlier post (2 weeks ago) and haven't yet been contacted by a Virgin employee. Have tried on multiple devices and browsers.
