Virgin Sales Rep promised monthly Rolling Credit

To match a cashback offer I had the Virgin Sales Rep promised monthly Rolling Credit to get me to sign up.

However, all my sign up emails have the full monthly price and there is no mention of the rolling credit.

Does anything have any experience of this? Will I get the timing credit, or has the sales person said things to get a sale?

I would hazard a guess at the latter. VM forum staff will ask to see any written/ emailed evidence of the offer.
