Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the Community Forums, El_Defensor,

Apologies if the link is no longer working. Can you confirm if you are logged in when you click on the link. Or can you try manually logging in to your online account, then checking the Track Your Complaint section if anything is posted here?

Cheers,

Corey C

Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

It's not that the link is not working, it is, as you can see. The screen that comes back is the problem.

I've tried both clicking the link which signs me in, & also signed in first then follow the track my complaint.

Both produce the same result.

Poor!

Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

I got your PM though you seem to be missing the point completely.

The issue is that your "system" - a system created by humans - apparently has no record of my complaint, despite some other human, who incidentally was afraid to sign their name, sending me a letter.

I'm fairly sure that when you can't collect your payment because I've stopped the direct debit some human will contact me about my complaint.

In the meantime might I suggest someone has a serious word with "the system"!

Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

Thanks for your comments @El_Defensor.

If you can respond to my colleagues private message, we can get this looked into, to give you an update and we can also find out what is happening with the system and report this to our support team should we need to.

Regards

Steven_L

"Should we need to".... the need is blatantly obvious. If you can't see that the problems go deeper than is apparent
I think my previous is clear.

Someone will contact you, but it won't be VM. It'll be a debt collection agency and by that time it will have already impacted your credit score. There are often people on this forum complaining that they're being denied a mortgage, new phone, car or even just a new ISP due to defaulting on a payment to VM.

Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

We're not able to see any details in the complaint you've raised, are you able to elaborate on the reason for the complaint and the resolution you're looking for?

Are you currently in a private message with one of our agents over the forum already?

Let us know, Emily.

Re: Virgin Left hand doesn't talk to Media Right hand - Complaints

cje85..
Erroneous comments don't help.(You could always look that up if you're struggling).

Fact:
1. Disconnection is always a last resort, as legally required. Long before that a company must prove that all attempts have been made to resolve an issue.
Fact:
2. Credit files, especially those in good standing, are easily corrected when justifiably disputed.

As for "people on this forum"... if it helps you to believe that, go ahead.
