I have just found out that my broadband account has been upgraded from 100mb to 200mb without prior notification or consent from VM and the only way i found out was when i did a speed check on my ps4 and found that my speed was up at 184mb!!!, logging into my virginmedia account shows that my packages was indeed changed.
Not that i am grateful for the surprise upgrade but is it not supposed to be standard procedure to notify the account holder and obtain consent of any planned changes or upgrades to their package BEFORE proceeding?
