I just transitioned last week from Virgin Mobile to O2 and they added the Volt benefits on both packages.
I just wonder why my account on Virgin Media now says "We've noticed you have left your O2 contract"?

Hey there andycambs, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
If the volt benefits are still showing active I wouldn't worry to much about this, once it all updates from our side it will be fine.
In a way you have left Virgin Mobile to go to O2 and this will most likely just update with time so please don't worry. Cheers
