Hopefully someone can have a look at my details and explain why my TV/BB bill due later this month has increased by £32.75? My current contract doesn’t end until 2024.
Looking at the invoice breakdown shows an additional £10.75 for ‘A requested service. I have not requested any new services in the past six months . The only change I have agreed to is to accept the device that will connect my landline via WiFi and that isn’t being sent out until next month. There was no mention of any extra charge for this service either.
The figures just don’t add up at all.
