Hello, I am having the same issue where I am unable to register my account. I have had working broadband for nearly 2 months and havent registered an VM account in the past. Whenever I try to register a new account using my account details it says "Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again." and then the password field says "Sorry, this password isn't allowed. Please choose another one."
I have tried every possible password and I dont think the password I am entering is the issue. For example I tried a password with the format 'Media321' and that wasn't accepted.
I would really like to be able to view my bills and change the browsing settings.
Sorry to hear you are also having issues with registering for My Virgin Media. May I ask: are you using a non-Virgin Media email address to register? Can you try registering with a different email address?
In regard to the password error, can you try creating a password that is 8-10 characters in length?
